The hotel's proximity to the mobile accessories market NANFANDASHA AND NEW ASIA was a major advantage. Being so close to the market allowed for convenient access to a wide range of mobile accessories, which was a definite plus for Mobile Accessories wholesalers. Room and Facilities: The room I stayed in was adequately furnished, though it lacked any luxurious amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The room had basic facilities such as a television, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. Staff and Service: The hotel staff was generally polite and helpful. They were responsive to my requests and inquiries. However, there were occasional language barriers, as English proficiency seemed limited among the staff members. Nonetheless, they made an effort to assist me to the best of their abilities. Cleanliness and Maintenance: The overall cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable, although it could have been better. There were a few instances where I noticed cleanliness issues in common areas, such as hallways and the lobby. However, the room was well-maintained during my stay. Noise Levels: Since the hotel is located near the mobile accessories market, noise levels can be a concern, particularly during busy hours. If you are sensitive to noise, it is advisable to request a room away from the street or higher up in the building to minimize disruptions. Value for Money: Considering the affordable price range, Two bed room starts from 230RMB. It provided a comfortable stay with basic amenities and a convenient location near the mobile accessories market. However, if you're seeking a more upscale experience or extensive facilities, you may need to consider other options.

I was staying in the 3 star suit which was listed within the hotels guid as their best room for business travelers. There was wide-enough room for dressing and storing my baggage’s. And hotel was 2 minutes way from a very beautiful park And calm place with beautiful view

Hotel is located at the most prominent place with easy access to business, leisure, shopping, restaurants & fun. Hotel rooms & services are just below average though It’s a popular hotel among Asian travelers. Fascinating city tour boat rides are just within walks reach.

This Hotel Is Third Grade Hotel . I Inform All My India Brothers not to stay here because staff here is so cheap and don't know how to talk to customers . I Stayed Here For atleast 6 nights and those 6 nights were like nightmare to me . Because i already paid $100 as deposit and alternative days i gave them 200 RMB twice and one day before and then also they lock the room without telling any problem . First i stayed i nan fang da sha hot and that hotel is so awesome they dont ask for money till checkout and all money paid after check out . But This Xin hua hotel is not what it look like . they have a board in their reception as 3 star hotel . but this hotel should not be given a half star also . So All My Indian Brothers , If You Come Guangzhou At Mobile Accessories market then only stay at nan fang da sha hotel .

If I could give minus rating, I would have done just that. Hotel is in bad shape and they charge randomly for the rooms. When someone confronts them about the room rate difference they shamelessly keep smiling and act as if they don’t know anything. Very greedy people. My advice is to stay away from this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
