I spent four nights at this hotel, and overall, I had good experiences, though not perfect. On the first night, I encountered an issue with my key cards, preventing me from opening my room. I had to request manual assistance to access my room. However, after they resolved the matter, I didn't encounter any further problems. The room was tidy and clean, especially considering the price I paid. The only inconvenience was its location directly above bustling restaurants and cafes, causing some difficulty in getting quality sleep. The price was excellent, being the most affordable option for a private room in Amsterdam on that particular night. Despite looking other hotels, I couldn't find a better deal. While the location is a bit distant from the city center, the direct access via bus from the central station and tram from the city center made it convenient for me to travel between the city and the hotel. Overall, I would give it a 4/5 rating, and I would consider returning to this hotel if I visit Amsterdam again in the future.

I stayed here for 3 nights and I gotta say, I loved it! For a simple person like me the room had all I needed. The price is cheap for what you get. After a whole day of exploring Amsterdam, I was always glad to come back to my room knowing I'm going to sleep in a comfortable bed. Also, air conditioner was fully functional and the bathroom was beautiful. If I ever come back alone to Amsterdam, I will choose this hotel again!

The hotel is about 25 minutes from the main train station. There is a tram and bus stop in front of the hotel - the bus line ends at the main train station so connections are good. The room was spacious and clean... except for the air conditioner from which the dust fell at first. A large bathroom - hotel provides soap, shampoo, body lotion and conditioner. Breakfast is simple and not worth the money, as there are enough restaurants in the area.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
