This hotel is an excellent place to stay just out of central Amsterdam. It was right next to the tram stop and a 10 minute walk from the train station that takes you straight to the city centre. The room was a comfortable size and the bathroom was very spacious. Everything was clean and the daily service was great. Easy self check in and out, and staff are friendly. Really good value for money!

This hotel was quite a pleasant surprise. It had all you would expect for quite a good price. The daily room service was nice. Rooms themselves were large enough and had good showers. The beds were comfortable. Everything felt quite clean. It is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest train station however there is a tram stop just out front.

Although I found the room to be quite spacious and clean there were a couple of things that kind of made the experience unfavorable. It seems the rooms are not properly checked before being marked as ready to be occupied as both the ironing table and the coffee machine were broken which is physically visible so am not sure how was that missed, I did call the reception in every instance I found something is broken and it took quite some time till I got a replacement, however, the staff member did apologize. The last thing that bothered me, the hotel advertises on their website is that you get the best price if you book with them, and I did book with them directly quite some time in advance, but to my surprise I was checking the prices again on the day of the check in, on their website for the same dates of my stay and the price has significantly dropped, I contacted the hotel to match the price even if it was out of courtesy since I chose to book with them directly but my request was rejected. In summary the hotel is nice but I would not stay there again for points I mentioned above.

Great quality rooms for reasonable prices. Tram is literally a stone throw away, access to the centre is very easy and we did walk it a few times! Service amazing! Rooms were cleaned every day, to a high standard. Thankyou so much for a faultless stay!

Nice hotel for price but a bit of a trek to the centre. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Rooms look nice but cleaning is slap dash! Bin not emptied, rubbish under bed and found in corner (not ours), tissue box left empty. Underfloor heating in bathroom not working. Came back late to find cleaner left window wide open!

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
