The hotel is very new (opened slightly less than 1 year ago), and very well maintained. The layout of the room is very nice - we can put our two suitcases on a rack + stand (no need to put them on the floor). The bath room is spacious with nice looking sink & shower (and conveniently located towel racks). Bus / tram / subway stops are all within a few minutes away -- very convenient. All the staff we have met are friendly & very helpful. We will definitely come back here for our next HK stay.

Standard room is very small. Moved into a suite after first night. So much bigger and able to move around. But evenn for the size it, as well as the suite, they are clean, up to times and the area is fun. There is a bar on the 1st floor that serves appetizers. No restaurant.

I recently had my stay here and I was totally satisfied with it. I was given a harbour view room though I did not even ask for it. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. I like the local surrounding and love the morning vibes around the hotel. I will totally come back here again if I return to Hongkong and will definitely recommend my friends to stay here.

The room was beautiful, with a nice view and quiet. The Bes was very comfortable too and they have good amenities that get changed everyday. It is slightly small but well laid out and the bathroom is actually nice compared to most places in HK island. I didn't have any problems with AC blowing on me like another reviewer pointed out. I was able to adjust the airflow and temperature. Would stay again if I can get it at a good rate like I did.

Truly wonderful stay! Excellent location for what I needed, tram and MTR all within minutes walk. Lots of dried seafood shops nearby which was delightful. Only 5 mins walk to the market and some local bakeries and restaurants for a very fair local price. Amenities and facilities were excellent. Great service. Fabulous view. Can’t wait to book again! Thanks Y Hotel for making my stay extra enjoyable!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
