        Great location, in walking distance of great nightlife and the neon lights of the filling station. Rooms are big, spacious and clean. Staff were great;friendly and helpful. We had to move rooms as there was a leak above the bed which was a shame but was dealt with quickly. Only complaint was how terrible the breakfast was. Poor selection and powdered milk for the coffee. The room had only a few large tables to sit in. Would be 4 stars if breakfast was improved.

        Be ware of smoking rooms. Ask ahead of time if you require a non-smoking room ! Else they might give you a smoking room and even if they ventilate well and use a machine to remove the smell, there’s still a smell. Aside from that : the studios and 1 and 2 bedrooms are plenty big. You can really live there if you must. Around there’s plenary of food options and a supermarket too. It’s a busy place . The breakfast buffet is average but you will surely find something you like. Down side : it’s hard to get a taxi or grab car in the morning . This area of Makati is so traffic that taxis and Grab Cars (the local version of Uber) don’t like to drive in this area. The hotel has a car service. If you must be somewhere at a very specific time, best to reserve the hotel car service ! If not, you might be late.

        Rooms are really spacious ... namaste for your buck! Staff is sooooo sweet... so helpful! Location is perfect.. they have a pool rooftop & gym, them they're close to Burgoss street where the action happens.. and yet, they're quite and peaceful!.. loving it here! Rooms come with Kitchen & balconies!

        Y2 Makati wonderful Location, we been coming here since 2016, current stay with all the family, the two bedroom two bathrooms is so spacious, it's home away from home, from desk staff Anna Marie was so nice and accommodating, made our stay relaxing, clean, enjoyable, also Inna front Desk very nice. We will definitely be back.

        What can I say about the Y2 Hotel. This is an amazing place. With a full Kitchenette. Security there was professional, friendly, respectful and polite. They greeted and opened the door for you everytime you entered or left the hotel. Housekeeping was topnotch!!! Clean sheets and towels every day. They mop and and even do the dishes for you! They leave you with a fresh bottle of water everyday. What an amazing team they were! A free garage with self parking. That's protected by security 24/7. I definitely would recommend the Y2 Hotel to anyone and would gladly stay again! They are an awesome group of people. Topnotch hands down!!! Thank you Y2 for an amazing and incredible stay!!!!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
