I traveled in Southeast Asia from Feb- July 23 and stayed in about 15 accommodations to date. My criteria were always the same: - good value for money - quiet area with little noise (traffic, frogs and toads, construction sites, koel bird, roosters etc.) Unfortunately I am very sensitive to noise and that was very important to me. - good bed with a quality mattress - own kitchen with necessary equipment - cleanliness This hotel had met ALL the criteria of hotels I had visited so far. I lived there for 2.5 months and honestly I did not want to leave. A big compliment to the owner for creating such a beautiful place. 6 stars out of 5 :)

This is the 4th time I stayed in this resort. I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment 3 C - it has great features : + it is huge + a big bathroom with black marble walls and with a urinal. + a view on nature from the bedroom which has a balcony with table and chairs + a large balcony with comfortable chairs and ceiling fan - a must in the Thai weather. + quiet My stay was 2.5 months because everything is optimal and affordable for a long stay. A new convenience unlimited free drinking water. The hotel remains a well maintained 3 star quality hotel. Many thanks to the cordial staff.

Last minute booked and happy I did as I discovered a little hidden gem in Rawai. The resort is very well maintained and makes you feel directly in a Tropical Island vibe. The Swiss owner checked me in late (around 23h). I asked for an extension, but unfortunately, it was already fully booked (December being high season in Phuket). The morning breakfast was delicious as well!

I actually booked a 5 night stay at this Hotel, and on day 3, I extended my stay for another 7 days! I had such a relaxing time here. First off, the service from the staff is amazing. Everyone is so friendly, and very helpful. Really awesome people. Second, the room is very nice. Of course they are not the most modern rooms, but they are clean, spacious, and really cozy. I stayed in 1D which is a studio style room, with a hot plate/kitchen/fridge and it was everything I needed for my extended stay. Lastly, the location is awesome. The resort is so so quiet and tranquil/relaxing/peaceful, etc. You can get to Yanui Beach, Rawai Beach, Nai Harn Beach, and all shops/ restaurants within 5-10 minutes on a motorbike. For anyone looking for a tranquil getaway; this is absolutely the right choice for you.

Great place to stay! And the restaurant is really great too! I highly recommend it. I would not recommend families to go here with small children if you want to go to the beach every day and dont have a good way of transportation. It's a bit of a challenge to walk to the beach in the Thai heat.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
