Stay 1 night in this hotel Location: 5 mins walking distance from Tokyo Sta. Yaesu exit Room: a little bit small, but very clean and quiet. Staffs: very communicative and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality 🙏

They would break-in your room for cleaning before your check-out time(11:00am). Be careful!!! They came my room (10:30am) while I was outside for my breakfast. There was my stuff in my room and they kept doing cleaning even though I came back my room and used the toilet in my room. Terrible and disgusting!!!! This is a very serious security problem.

The hotel is in a good location for the main railway station on a reasonably quiet side street. The single rooms are absolutely tiny and I had to juggle to get stuff in and out of my suitcase. OK for a night but not longer. The room temperature control is complicated, and only in Japanese - it is slow to respond and I ended up with a very cold room, so reception had to come and sort it out. The breakfasts are excellent and the staff helpful.

I stayed at this hotel in 2015, it was part of the tour I was doing in Japan. I found the hotel to be very comfortable with good food at breakfast and the beds were always made. Only issue was the size of the bathroom but I wasn't in my room much anyway, it was also one of the few hotels I stayed at where I found the beds comfortable enough to get a decent nights sleep.

Decent hotel located close by Tokyo Station. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants which offers travelers a wide range of places to eat at without having to go too far. Would rate it better if their reservation system online would be improved.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
