Staff was very friendly and attentive. Went through and explained all the amenities to us and helped us get settled in very quickly. The small public baths are a nice way to get out of your comfort zone and experience something new. Very happy with our short stay here while we explored Kyoto!

Good location. Almost right next to an electric bike rental as well. Very helpful & polite staff. Flexible service with things like storing luggage and when the room gets cleaned. Also good flexibility for meals. We had an allergic person in the group, and the ryokan right away accommodated with allowing to bring food from outside to the dinner table etc. Great location to hop on a bike and spend a day going to the different sights and activities around town. Cozy rooms.

Impeccably clean. Wonderful hosts. Lives the traditional Japanese experience staying in a room with tatami mats. Opted for the breakfast and was treated to a feast in the dining area. Highly recommend.

This ryokan was exceptional and the hosts are incredibly accommodating, helpful, and attentive; incredibly nice people. The traditional-style room was so nice and very clean, especially the bathroom(which was rather small for a person my size). Not really a big deal and was manageable. The onsen was so great to relax in, wow. The kaiseki/choushoku service was absolutely lovely and well worth the money. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm in Kyoto, what a wonderful ryokan this is.

Family owned Ryokan with the nicest staff you could imagine. The grandma has a tiny voice translator and engages in casual small talk. They will greet you when you come home and wish you a nice day when you go outside. Spend the money. Worth every Yen. And the inside Onsen .. a dream

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
