Excellent, excellent, excellent experience! Stayed here with my mom as part of our 15-day Japan trip during our Kyoto leg. This gorgeous authentic Japanese inn has an amazing cedar wood tub for soaking. The breakfast and dinner (dinner needs advanced reservation) were incredible and the staff was lovely. By far the best hotel we stayed in during our trip. We wish we couldve extended our stay just to hang out in the room alone!

This small yet elegant hotel has been one of the best hotels I have ever visited. The staffs are exceptionally courteous. The room is beautiful and clean. I love the library and common area with books related to Kyoto as well. The Kaiseki here is the best one I had so far. The food is naturally yet intensely umami and sweet. I wish I could have more! Note that the price is on the expensive side but I think it is worth the money especially for special occasions.

Yasaka yutone could not be more special. My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary/ once in a lifetime trip to Japan and we both were so sad to leave. The location was perfect, the staff so friendly and kind, the rooms comfortable and the dinner and breakfasts at the hotel restaurant…where do I begin. The chef is extremely thoughtful and you can tell very passionate and good at what he does. Everything he made was so thoughtfully and artistically done, I truly felt like I was walking into a dream. We looked forward to these special dinners every night. If you want a special, memorable and traditional stay, stay here.

This place was a highlight of our vacation. Incredibly attentive staff, great rooms, comfy bed, and a bathtub I could live in. The food was outstanding, we did Japanese breakfast and dinner for 3 nights and it was absolutely delicious - the chef is incredibly talented (and spoke great English). Very high quality food and such great attention to detail (they must have noticed I was a lefty after the first meal and they arranged my setting accordingly). This was a a splurge for us and well worth it. If we come back to Kyoto I would want to stay here again.

A truly amazing and beautiful ryokan. Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. (The staff accompanied me to the taxi to say goodbye) The staff was fantastic and so nice, even though the English was sometimes difficult for them, they were always giving themselves at 200% to make sure you understand.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
