Compared to other hotels, the hotel is very neat and clean in terms of price. The crew is very kind and the hotel is close to the center in a quiet place. The rooms are clean and always smell nice and are cleaned daily. From now on this has become my favorite hotel in Istanbul.

The hotel is very good according to the price per night .. The staff is friendly and helpful .. The room, furniture, and bathroom are clean .. the internet in the room is very good if you have work you can do it.. In winter the heating works all the time .. Breakfast consists of eggs, types of olives, types of cheese and vegetables .. ♦️ THERE IS NO PARKING IN THE HOTEL ♦️ There is a place for just 3 cars only in front of the hotel entrance .. Do not leave the car on the street because it will reserve by traffic… and during the day it is difficult to find a place to park .. use the paid cars parking next to the hotel .. They are not expensive .. The hotel is close to the city center, and the Tram station In the end, do not expect too much .. you are in 2-star hotel

We were in this hotel in April - no complaints about the quality of the room and cleaning, quietness and convenience. The main pleasure is the staff. Metin, the receptionist, is the most attentive hotel employee we have ever seen. He can solve any issue. Not just to give advice, but to help with deed. Amazing person! Thanks

This was a business trip for me and vacation for the rest of the family. Our stay here was spectacular from start to finish as staff are very helpful, friendly, professional and accommodating. Despite us arriving after 1am as we got a late flight, we checked in very quickly and smoothly. Free breakfast was nice and the water cooler was really helpful as weather was super hot. AC remote had to be requested as not left in the room which is good to avoid damage or theft, so room was cool for us. Excellent views, top location as overlooking main bus terminal, kids playground right beside the hotel and every type of shops near it including Carrefour. We got Tourist Turkcell Sim with 20GB, so we never used hotel WiFi and we never asked as we got it covered. We hired a car which was best for us as had 2 very young kids, so the hotel's free parking was awesome. Our room was cleaned and restocked every single day, hotel is spotless and staff are incredible. We were super happy cos this hotel is airy, gives a sense of serenity despite been close to the road. It was quiet and peaceful, never had any issues and will definitely return here 100%.

I love the location . They are very respectful .and helpful .They can understand Arabic as well Th location is just perfect but the room alitlle small . But sure I will come again if they give me some discounts or offer 😄❤

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
