        A great 2 bedroom apartment, well-equipped with everything you need for a long weekend trip. Perfect place to stay for 2 couples or a family travelling. Comfy beds, super clean and great facilities: huge shower and kitchen with utensils, fridge and cooking appliances. Check in was super smooth. The place is "concierge-less" and you receive your keys via email on the day you checkin, which are shareable with your party. The location is a little bit out of the centre. It's north of the river across from Central Station but its only a 15-20 minute direct walk to the F3 ferry which is free and comes every 5 minutes or so. It goes from directly outside the Central Station. We had no problems walking to and from there everyday and then you're straight into the heart of Amsterdam. It is in a safe and quiet residential/industrial area and there's not a lot immediately around the hotel. However, there is a cafe directly across and a supermarket 15 minutes walk away.

        No hot water during stay for 3 nights. Rude customer service, getting told to shower another time when they knew the hot water wasn't coming back. There was no soap, shower gel or shampoo, and if you ask to refill it they wouldn't come Also have to pay for fresh towels. Even after writing an email, there was no sympathy.

        I am still in shock that we had zero hot water during our 4 day stay. When speaking to YAYS, they gave no solution and told us we have to just deal with it. Customer service was terrible & we've asked to be compensated, however, we've been told there is nothing they will do. A decent company would ensure we're satisfied, however, these guys don't care. I advise all to not stay here or in any of their other branches. Get a hotel or an Airbnb - save yourself the hassle. Sukh

        The apartment itself was a bit grubby and small. It was on the ground floor and the window locks had been jimmied so it didn't feel safe and there was an awful drain smell in the bathroom, which wasn't very clean. It's about a ½ hour walk into the city including a short ferry ride which is free. The service is non existent. For the price we paid and the photos/reviews I expected more.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
