Cheap and budget. Quite a safe area to stay. Good location as it's close to the city centre and Southern Cross train station by walking. Plenty of eating places and shopping areas around. Front desk service staff are friendly. But, the building is very close to neighbouring office buildings that you have to wind down the blind to avoid seeing through your room. The room light is dim, and the air conditioning is not cold enough for a good night sleep. The shower head is too heavy to keep still while taking the shower, which I felt the flowing water was wasted to splash on the wall instead. The tissue box was left with 2 pieces of tissue paper without replenishing a new box. The bedside lamp is without the light bulb. If you don't mind those small complaints, it's a good place to stay for a couple of days while you're in Melbourne.

This is a great little hotel, of I estimate a 3.5 star quality, and some very reasonable prices for rooms at short notice. The deal I received was outstanding and the beds and rooms were very comfortable. Neat and clean, I could not have done better at the time, for the price. It is important to note that there is an additional $100 room deposit that is required, which is best paid in cash as it will be refunded upon check out. Well done YEHS.

Mixed bag. They definitely do have incentives for people to leave good reviews. With that said, I have no complaints overall. For the price I paid, I was very happy with the location and proximity to the bus depot. They also let me check in early (without any review shenanigans). However, the room was definitely dated. TV and alarm clock both looked ancient and the bathroom, while clean, was pretty cramped. Didn’t see any glaring issues with cleanliness

Very convenient location, very close to Sky bus, Southern cross station. The room was spacious than I expected. It was also clean. Very friendly receptionist. Thank you for helping me for a checking in, Katty! She was very helpful and she had a cute smile :)

Location was amazing perfect and central. Had a problem with our toilet when we first got to the room and someone was up to fix it straight away which was good. Overall cheap and cheerful. Just someone to stay at night. Basic but done the job. Overall happy with our stay. :)

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
