This hotel is very central to Darling Harbour and Chinatown. Easy walking distance to many city attractions. Rooms are clean and comfy, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Jandroo and Tim couldn’t do enough for us. Complimentary water and continental breakfast make this hotel extra good value. I would definitely book again

I arrived at the hotel on the 12th of January. Within a week I was greeted with top-tier service and personable banter from the manager and colleagues at the hotel. The last day, after my departure, the hotel manager Sabin found my white shirt and saved it at the front before I picked it up. Would recommend to everyone who is looking for a place to come to YEHS hotel - Sydney CBD. Also gave us a house warming bottle of wine once we found a place in Sydney. 15/15 would recommend to everyone on Google yo come to this hotel.

I had an excellent stay with great hotel service. We stayed in a standard king room, which was very comfortable and clean. The staff, especially Tim during check-in and Jimmy providing helpful directions to the airport, assisting with luggage storage, and offering enthusiastic travel advice, were incredibly friendly and patient. The hotel's central location in the city center, surrounded by attractions and delicious food, added to the overall satisfaction. Highly recommend to friends visiting Sydney. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

First time staying with them. The front desk was friendly. Great guys. We arrived early however we were able to leave our bags at the hotel before checking in so we explored Sydney more. Location wise, it's bam spank in the middle of the CBD which is super convenient with metro and buses nearby. Rooms were decent for what you're paying. Would stay there again if visiting Sydney. Two thumbs up 👍

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
