        Had a long stay at the hotel for business + vacation. The location was good within walking distance to Darling Harbour and Town Hall. Some of the amenities were dated but they served the purpose. The room was spacious with partition to separate the bedroom from the small living room. With a small kitchen, microwave, washing machine + dryer and two TVs, I think it's good value for my money. Staff were courteous and helpful. Overall a good stay for me.

        This is a great, slightly cheaper, yet good place to stay in the city. The staff are kind, welcoming and helpful. The building is tired and undergoing renovations however the staff seem to be going above and beyond to accommodate guests in amongst works, upgrades and improvements. Guests are under no illusions that there is additional accommodations being made to adjust for the upgrade to the building. This is a great spot to stay whilst exploring the city, shopping in and around the QVB and finding the right balance of budget, location and quality.

        I spent the first day of the seven nights. I am satisfied with the kind response of the staff whenever I requested the necessary things. Especially last night, I was in trouble because I lost my room key, but the staff gladly said it was okay. It's close to walking from City Hall and it's a big road that's safe to come back at night, so the location is also good.

        Great location, however that's the only thing this hotel has going for it at the moment. Long overdue renovations are currently under way to all the rooms, so I would avoid staying here until they are completed - they started in June 2023 and have a very long way to go. Hopefully the newly renovated rooms get double glazed windows too, as the existing ones do nothing to keep out the noise of the traffic.

        Great location, very central, spacious room, with good kitchen gear , a dish washer. We are staying for 7 nights and after a few nights and I left a note asking the floor to be vacuumed as it was starting to get a bit dirty, but when I came back in the afternoon, the floor was the same. Also this morning I was having a bowl of instant noodles , at some point I suddenly noticed a little bug in the soup, I was horrified, I had no idea where it came from, how it got into the soup, was it a bed bug? I checked the bed but didn't find anything, I'm still totally puzzled by the bug. If the service and cleanness was better I would have given it a even better rating
