Perfect. Excellent service from the first time you enter the place, until checkout. The staff at the restaurant are amazing and very professional. the food is very delicious. The rooms are very clean and have everything i need. There's a really nice family atmosphere to this place, with everyone who works here taking the time to greet you and smile. Would stay again

Clean lobby, clean room, excellent service. Soon to have an MRT access right in front of the hotel for convenience, can't wait! Recommended for stays in Jakarta as it is right in front of Hayam Wuruk, very close to the heart of the city.

Very bad experience. Not all positive comments in review are what you got. I saw this hotel has high rank n not so cheap (4 star is still affordable:with same price). Firstly, it is said only smoking room left. I said to do air freshener, they only said just open the Aircon, it will vanish. Room is smelly. The worst is the Aircon never cool enough, only fan. Room is really at the corner. This will be the first n the last ever experience with this hotel.

Great place to stay. I didn't got the monas view, but ancol view was not bad. Still can see a firework form ancol on new year eve. The room is tidy, not big but comfortable. Still lack on amenities. Only got tooth brush, didn't get comb. This hotel has a go green policy, so they don't provide package water Bottle. They provide glass Bottle to refill the water you need from dispenser.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in the heart of Jakarta! The location couldn't be more perfect – it's right in the center, making it super convenient to explore the city and hop on public transport to anywhere I wanted to go. The room and lobby are like something out of a design magazine – completely Instagrammable! Every corner seems to have been thoughtfully curated for the perfect shot. And let's talk about the breakfast – a delightful options that satisfied every craving. From traditional favorites to modern bites, there's something for everyone. Being a Gen Z traveler, I truly appreciated the vibes of the place. The ambiance resonated with my taste, and the comfort level was top-notch. My stay here was a fantastic experience. Will definitely be coming back and recommending it to my friends! 🌆
