We had a great experience and stay here in yellow bee hotel. The ambiance is good, the price is affordable, the room is clean and tidy, the room is spacious too. The accommodation is very good. Staff Hafidh is very kind and helpful to us. He has a good heart to the customers specially in the Philippines. He is very approachable and also knows how to speak english that led us to have a proper communication. I would definitely stay in this hotel when i come back.

It’s nice to be in Yellow Bee Tanah Abang hotel! The services are great, they have friendly and helpful services like Hafidh and Rajil❤️The room is always clean and always giving you dental kit, mineral water.

On our arrival to the hotel security helped us with luggage with a big smile 😊 We approach to the front desk where we met another helpful staff he gave us the room card and gave us some general information about the room. The room is very clean. Room cleaning hours are 10am -3pm, however you can also follow the save our earth card, it sound good 👍 Overall our 4 days stay here was excellent, we would love to comeback here and stay here for more days. Suggestions: 1 It will be excellent if you can help us with luggage 🧳 2 a small mini bar Thank you yellow bee

I'm waiting for almost an hour to get myself checked in. It was already 3PM, but they said the room is still on the cleaning process. Cons: The ac isn't cold enough for me, the room size is limited but it is expected for a two-star hotel. Pros: Strategic location, free welcome drink, hot water works perfectly, fluffy pillows.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
