Wonderful place with friendly staff. Easy communication and they were very accommodating even though we showed up two days late due to sold out trains and transport issues. Great breakfast that was quick, tasty, and inexpensive. Quiet area. Nice balcony. A little bit of an extra walk to the main historic part of town but not too far. They offer bicycles for cheap and are able to set you up with pretty much any tour. Really helped us figure out the next portion of our journey North through Vietnam. Overall very positive experience. Be careful in the shower, the cold water pipes I think get some sunlight so when you first turn it on the water was pretty hot but then called to normal. They do laundry on site too.

Yellow House Homestay it's a perfect place for those Travelers will want to experience a real Homestaing. The place is run by a very very very nice family, the son Who is the manager is very helpful and speaks very good English. The location is very good because in order to reach the city center you will have to walk along the River side for only 15 minutes. The rooms are very very clean and cozy there is the air conditioning and a little balcony. the beds are very comfortable and the atmosphere in general makes you feel home.. we also had breakfast included with our price and it was very good oh, we are actually vegan and they were very flexible to change menu for house. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough great things about this homestay. This family were the perfect hosts. They gave us recommendations, the breakfast was the cheapest we've seen and delicious. Everything was made so easy for us. Laundry was done quickly. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The room was large and clean. Lots of windows so it was bright during the day. A nice view of the street below. Bathroom was basic but large. Refrigerator in the room. Wifi worked decently well. Inexpensive bike rental making journey into town easy enough. Close proximity to river path area. Customer service was decent. I was made to wait after others came to book a trip using their in-house tourist services. Photos are of upstairs triple room.

This is a wonderful homestay. The hosts were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They offer a good simple breakfast and will organize the many tours and adventures for you. You can borrow one of their bicycles and ride in to town, it is only about 15 minutes away or rent a bike. There is also a good pizza place called Vickys with in walking distance

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
