Dirty room. Stains on the bed sheet. Hairs on floor. Bathroom door is "usable". Shower with Low pressure water . Hotel isn't provide parking so you need to park at the private properties opposite the hotel that cost you rm15 per day.

Showed up in Agoda 5 pax options. Booked. Upon arrival at 12am plus, I was shocked to be informed that room not available, had to pay RM20 extra for upgrade. I refused to pay and called Agoda. Agoda took almost an hour to deal with the hotel. I tried few times to negotiate with the hotel lady supervisor via the front desk guy, however the lady insisted for the payment without considering there were 3 young kids waiting at that hour. She has no empathy at all, and is not innovative enough to come out with a win win solution for us. I had to finally pay the rm20 extra and claimed back from Agoda. Room is ok amd it wasnt that clean. The shower head was installed way too near to water heater . This is putting client lives in danger!

It is very near tourists attractions in Malacca city such as Stadthuys , Bukit melaka/st Paul, jonker walk, river cruise and others which is a point plus. However you shouldn't expect you will receive five star treatment at this hotel but the staff is really helpful and polite which is always again a point plus / good things for me . they provide basic things such as toiletries, towel, TV channel and private toilets. There is dispenser water machine in the hotel. Please note that it only has staircase leading to the rooms that are situated upstair. It wont be a hassle as the staircase is not as long as staircase in Bukit Melaka/St Paul!

Not for family, because no elevator for 3 floor building. Stayed there for few days. The staff was probably a temporary replacement staff that don’t know what he’s doing and rude. Check in timing is quite late at 3pm so need to wait. After waiting for few hours, suprisingly they have no parking space for customer. So yeah not Going to recommend this place to people with vehicle or family. Plus the place is dirty.

This hotel has laundry outside. Oh and the price is quite expensive with lack of detergent. If not urgent never wash and laundry your clothes here. When i asked to add more detergent to the staff they do nothing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
