Hotel offers a warm and comfortable ambiance. It prides itself on its immaculate cleanliness and the staff provides an exceptionally hospitable service. They were also accommodating with requests like extra towels. It was easy to get there from airport and store luggage before leaving. However, one drawback is the presence of a McDonald's right downstairs.

Great hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice to have 24/7 concierge. They allowed us to check out an hour late for free which was appreciated. I liked how guests could collect extra towels free of charge. You could also select specific times for housekeeping to enter. The only thing that could be improved upon is soundproofing rooms. Other than that, everything was really good.

we stayed for 3 nights but no one cleaned the room or changed the towel and no one emptied the trashcan . to be fair the room is new but service is lacking , you need to request for the room to be cleaned but even if you request no one will come to clean or replenish the towel. room amenities such as coffee or tea you should get it yourself at the lobby area but sometimes you will get none. for the price you pay their are plenty of hotels that will offer you automatic cleaning everyday if you wish to . breakfast is mediocre at best.. not value for money as compared to competitors..

Perfect location! central to everything. The rooms are very nice, clean, minimalist style. Most importantly, the staff provided great customer service - kind and welcoming! I was a solo female traveler and felt completely safe here. I’m not sure why some low reviews mentioned it being unsafe or noisy. I did not feel that was the case at all and I’m very much always the person to leave honest feedback. Just my two cents! I highly recommend and will def stay here again and other Sonder locations.
