1. Good host. He helped us around the Hoi An. 2. Property is great. Rooms are cozy. 3. Location is bit out of main hustle bustle which helps you relax at the same time all places are easily accessible with Bicycle that is provided free of cost by the host.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Hoi An, this is an excellent choice. Our favourite place we have stayed throughout our tour of Vietnam! The room was clean, very spacious, had great AC and the beds were comfy. The owners were so smiley, friendly and always wanting to make sure we were having a good time. The pool was a great addition - perfect for chilling in after a day of walking around. Also the included breakfast was superb - a choice between eggs (many different ways), stir fry veg, toast and another I can’t recall. I had the stir fry noodles both days and it was delicious. Couldn’t recommend Yen Villa highly enough. Thank you all for a fantastic stay! 5 stars!

We had the best time at Yen Villa and ended up staying 6 nights not wanting to leave! The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and a nice balcony. The water pressure is good and the room is spotless. The area is quiet and perfect for a good night sleep. Relaxing at the pool with nice sunbeds is possible as well. Our breakfast was very delicious with the fried eggs cooked to perfection ☺️ We definitely come back when we visit Hoi An again.

We spent 9 nights and had a wonderful experience. The host family was very kind and looked after us well. We also had an enjoyable time meeting other guests as breakfast is served in a communal area. The place is in a very quiet location, yet within easy walking distance to the old town. Nice swimming pool and super quiet aircon. Rooms are very large and well appointed with comfortable beds. We preferred the upper triple rooms as the ground floor ones front on to the communal courtyard and so has somewhat less privacy.

Incredible nice Hotel with spacious clean rooms with air conditioning and balcony. There's a cute outdoor area with pool but the highlight is the caring family who provide delicious breakfast and will help in every way possible. We had a lovely stay here and will stay here again if we come back to Hoi An. I can only recommend you do too :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
