        Booked two rooms through a booking application. Received confirmation notification of the booking. Headed to the hotel, only to find out it was a different location at this it was already passed midnight. GangNam location confirmed the booking was at YeokSam location. Taxied to the right location, only to find out no overnight concierge nor other staff. Their service center closes at 6pm and reservation closes at 2am. Arrived at the hotel 2:03am, notification at the front desk to use the kiosk to confirm reservation and to recive room number and access card. Kiosk printed out the room number but no access card. No contact for emergency l, all other contacts were closed for services. Re-attempted the Kiosk for the access card but no success. Lobby was ice cold and no way to get help. Ended up contacting the booking application customer service to get help but they couldn't help either as hotel services were all closed. Ended up waiting over an hour and finally gave up searching for other accommodation as it was approaching 4 am. The hotel services mostly tourists and foreigners. It is quite disappointing and also it is concerning that they have no emergency contact. Kiosk is convenient and effective only when it functions. Accommodation business always have to have backup plans and not have customers stranded.

        I strongly oppose staying here,If you want to experience hell, First experience is nobody work front desk 24hr, only you can get a key with terminal machine. Second experience is you can't get room service no maid. Third experience is room is dark and old that I feel like I'm in the middle of the century. Fourth experience is to forget the key for a while and come back in,door is locked and you can't get help from any one, be prepared to stay up all night in the hallway or lobby.

        Despite of the advertising, this is no longer a hotel, but short term rent apartments. We stayed for a week during which, despite speaking with the managenent, the toilets, stovetop and some of the lighta were broken. None were fixed. The rooms are very small. All of that said, the location is fairly good and the beds are comfortable.
