We stayed in Rome from 12/25 - 12/27 and we could not be happier with our stay at Yes Hotel. No more than a 10 minute walk from the train station, clean and comfortable rooms, and a delicious spread for their breakfast (I loved their yogurt and peaches)! Staff at the front desk were welcoming and offered to keep our luggage safe when we wanted to explore some more after our check out time. We would definitely stay at Yes Hotel again in the future!

Yes, Hotel, Rome, Italy. 7-10 minutes walk from Roma Termini. The room was exactly as described. Room conditions was great. A small fridge and an electric kettle to boil water was great! The room temperature was set to 25с, however it did not reach even closer to that number. During the nite it was cold. You will hear every neighbor on the floor that is next door including some noise from the adjacent room. Very noisy! Travelers has no curtesy to each other. For the price, I would stay again—for one (1) night max! For the comfort and privacy No—I would find something else and better to pay a little more! Stayed January 16-17, 2024, room 307. You cannot use stairs. Someone like me who has an elevator fear is a great concern!

Fine for a night. No frills, tiny rooms but has decent shower, desk. Biggest complaint is that it’s a really tiny bed for single person stay. (Like, if you’re 5’5” this bed probably works.) Breakfast is cheap but mediocre. Coffee was good though. Overall, Good value for money but def not a place for an extended holiday.

Had a fantastic time in Rome, and the Yes hotel was perfect for my needs. Convenient for the Termini train station for the airport/to get to sightseeing, very clean with reliable air con and Wifi and a comfortable bed and shower. I noted that the fridge didn’t work on their request for day 1 feedback and this was swiftly remedied. I will definitely stay here again - a few noisy guests interrupted my sleep on the last night, but otherwise it is a pleasant and quiet hotel.

2 mins walk from Roma Termini, the main terminal for buses and trains. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. Staff were friendly and approachable. Many halal eateries nearby too. For a budget hotel, I feel its good value.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
