Location is good, service is above average, we were given makeup service, water and towels which were changed often but check in time was very late like 3-4pm but we could keep our luggage there while we head out. Room is VERY small and walls are VERY THIN so I could hear the alarms from other rooms, bathroom is in need of a renovation, the sink was surrounded by grime it was very gross and the floor's carpet needs to be changed, it was dirty I don't think vacuuming it will remove the stains or dirt. They didn't provide us with soap and toothbrushes and online it said laundry was provided but it wasn't and you have to go out of the hotel to do laundry, if you're gonna stay short term, sure but won't advise staying here for long.

The hotel accepted our bags before check in so that we could explore the town which was nice. After checking in our room, we noticed that the carpet was very stained and dirty, they did not provide slippers so we had to go to the store and buy some. The room was very very small, no room at all to even open a small luggage fully. If you’re easily claustrophobic, I wouldn’t book the standard room. Location was convenient.

Yi Su Hotel is a great budget option for the area. For the price I was a bit worried it wasn't going to be up to par but I was pleasantly surprised. We arrived around 5am and was greeted politely from the front desk staff. He provided us our room key and we were on our way in a few minutes. The room was small but really all you need if you plan to tour the city most of the day. The bed was extremely comfortable, something I am pretty critical of when staying in hotels. Bathroom was designed well with folding doors saving space and making a small bathroom feel much larger. Towels were clean, sheets were clean, the room overall was maintained. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-Star is the carpet was stained and needs to be replaced or seriously cleaned. Otherwise we had a great stay. Nice staff, comfortable room, great location for walking to local restaurants and easy access to the river.

Better say this is a lodge, rather than hotel. There is not even a single restaurant. They just sell rooms, which are reasonably ok. Room has locker, fridge, kettle etc. Complementary bottled water is provided. As a budget traveller the ni frills hotel is ideal for me.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
