We’re just completing a five-day stay that we’ve thoroughly enjoyed. Our room is spacious and appointed in a delightfully quirky way, and everyone we’ve dealt with has been terrific. Really cute living area off the lobby and nice courtyard. A dining room for guests (all meals) with a super chef. We just happened to find this place on the internet and we’re happy we did. Very highly recommend.

Love love love the boutique beautiful hotel Staff was amazing so thankful for every little detail in service friendliness and super cool rooms. We have been traveling for 3 weeks from the 🇺🇸 to London Paris Bordeaux and fell in love with Bordeaux. Favorite time was sipping on good wine eating French cheese in our room.

We had the true pleasure of staying in this gorgeous hotel in November. Our room was so comfortable and well appointed that spending more time in the room would’ve been a pleasure. Agnes, Gregory and all the staff are top notch! Everyone at the hotel was very friendly, very helpful and so welcoming. The food was fantastic! We were very happy to have breakfast and dinner at the hotel, then explore the beautiful city. We enjoyed wonderful conversation in the beautiful lounge area or sitting in the cozy courtyard. It was private and quiet-the location was perfect for us and we would happily stay here again! Thank you SO much for making our first (but not last) trip to Bordeaux such a fabulous experience! Be well!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in Bordeaux. The rooms are spacious and well decorated with fun colors and accents. The service is top notch. Everyone at the hotel treats you as if you are the only guest there. The staff is friendly and helpful for booking restaurants and activities. Further, the restaurant on site makes a delicious breakfast and dinner. I will definitely stay here again when we come back to Bordeaux.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
