I don't know whether they upgraded us because it was quiet, but the room my partner and I stayed in was huge and one of the best we've ever stayed at... Considering the price, it's incredible value!! Modern decor with some retro 60s and comic book touches. It's really nicely done!! Lots of kids running around, full of beans as you'd expect (mini arcade, board games, play area, cartoon murals and life-size figures) but also a sauna and comfy bar area for the adults. Staff are multilingual and give exceptional customer service. The dinner buffet was very good, as far as buffets go! The salad bar, chicken and saffron(?) veggie couscous were particularly tasty. Hotel is like a maze inside - we found a room with a microwave that I assume is used for schools (this would be great for school trips) and a random wood panelled one with a chandelier! 😂 The area it's in is indeed a bit grotty, but the hotel everything you need, so

We stayed for 2 nights with our 3 children. The rooms are very good and the children's beds are as big as mini huts. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The two projection rooms are great. You just need to think about parking if you want to hire one as it's not very big. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were a short walk away from the bus transfer stop to and from Brussels Charleroi airport so everything was made easy. We were only here for 2 nights so we were in and out a lot but did manage to make use of the sauna twice which was great. On arrival we were informed that our room was ready for us to check in early which is an ideal start. The restaurant and reception staff were helpful and pleasant throughout our stay, would recommend it to anyone looking to visit Brussels.

We stayed here during our trip through Belgium. It was a hit with the kids as the hotels decor and the theme is around Belgian comics. The place was clean and well kept. Two bunk beds plus a full size bed were more than sufficient for our family of 5. There is a small, small free video game arcade in the lower level which is nice for the little ones. Everything was great. The only two things that could have made it better is if it were closer to the grand palace and the epicenter of Brussels, and better dining options around it

Great value for the price. Very modern and clean rooms. The comicbook theme was fun. Our room was for 6 people. Very spacious. Only one bathroom. Rooms were very clean. Some of our towels had stains but they were quickly replaced. Very friendly service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
