At best this is a 3 star hotel, and you can make an argument for 2. I am here during the winter when there's a slight warm streak. The rooms are very hot (25C+) and there's no AC or fans to use. The rooms are small and just passable.

Not too sure the negative reviewers stayed in the same hotel we did, it was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was so kind and helpful, patio is absolutely gorgeous at night and we sat outside with some wine and cocktails and it was so lovely. They were so nice they even sent some clothes back to England for us in the post (and paid the postage!!) That my girlfriend accidentally left in our room. Stunning place, when we return to Lisbon we will return to this hotel for sure. Room was so cute, chap working there carried our bags up multiple flights of stairs and all the way to the rooms.

Spent 3 nights in this hotel. It is average place in terms of service, value for the money and how clean is that. I would not even call it clean. My roof was pretty dirty, especially carpet. I asked for the service and nothing really change. I guess they call it old charm. If you have heavy bags, be ready to drag them on several steep staircases. It was task for sure. Then, there is a patio. It positioned on the website misleading. It is not a common area to seat and enjoy. It is part of hotels restaurant and you have to order something from them. That was disappointing. Location is good, quite and save. I frankly not sure why it costs almost $200 per night. It is more like $130 tops for what are you getting.

Stayed for 1 night. A lot of mold in the room. A lot of broken things in the bathroom. A lot of construction noise in the room at 8 am. Could not rest. The hotel and room was a little dirty. Plus there’re ants everywhere. Would not recommend. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
