No light in the room. Only LED light would work so was hard to see things. The bathroom window is the only natural light that shines through but we had to keep the blind down because there was construction workers working and could see straight in if we were using the toilet. As modern as the room was with all the tech bits (tech bed, light up mirror etc) it was TINY. We had to keep putting the bed up everytime we wanted to get to the other side of the room. Only one set of plugs in the room. So if you wanted to dry your hair or plug in the hair dryer whilst charging your phone, you had to remove one to use the other. There was only one tiny bin in the room too so we had to use a plastic bag for rubbish. The fire alarm went off at 7:15 one morning. No apology was given to the guests. There is no privacy in the bathroom in the hotel as the door is like a blurred glass. Once you slide the door, there is no lock and there is a huge gap between the bedroom and bathroom. Once you close the door, you can still see the persons outline and make out everything they are doing. There is no privacy at all for people. Even if you are comfortable with who you are with, its still not nice when you want some privacy. Good points: Bed was comfortable Nice bar open late The receptionist told us to wait until 1pm to check in or else we would have an early check in fee to pay Clean Close to the underground and quite near to everything we wanted to do

Stayed here a few rimes now for business trips. Nice hotel, rooms are slightly small but have everything you need and are very clean. Gym is good for quick work out but again is small. The bar is a great space and the breakfast is good. Will be staying here again in the future when back in London.

Hey All, I stayed here for almost 15 days. The hotel is quite good and I really like the breakfast and the atmosphere in the Bar area. The services and the staff are also very gentle and polite. There was one girl named "Camilla" at the Bar and she suggested to me one Drink and that was really good and she helped me a lot with a lot of suggestions. Only the room size is quite small which I felt but otherwise overall it was a really good experience and yeah would recommend it if you are in Central London. Thank you 👍👍!!

The nice looking check-in system was malfunctioning when we arrived. The reception staff was quick to help by completing the check-in manually. The lift was also malfunctioning on the first day at the hotel. Luckily this didn't happen again for the rest of the stay. Room The room was way too hot when I arrived in my room, and changing the room's temperature settings seemed to have some effect only after waiting a long time. There was almost no natural light entering the room. This helps with sleeping well at night, but does not give it a favorable impression overall. The room had great lighting and had a modern feel to it, but the TV was automatically turning on (every time 1 hour after putting it on standby). I eventually had to unplug the TV from the wall socket just to get some sleep. The bed was disturbingly small. Any person taller than 1.80m would not be able to lie in the bed without their feet touching the wall. Service was great, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was also great, with many places of interest being either in walking distance or within 25 mins of travel via public transport. Overall, the price per night is a bit steep, despite the good location and great service, because of the small annoyances (which, to be fair, were almost all resolved eventually).

I've been there for a couple of occasions for both business and personal purposes. It's always a pleasure staying here. Customer service is great, supportive and dedicated. The rooms are well equipped and clean. A bit little if you are with your loved ones however the beds are large and comfy. You can easily get out for some sightseeing with its great location (underground, buses, St Pancras nearby).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
