Great location for bars. The rooms are quite small which is ok but the beds are also small so think about that. The hotel looks funky and modern, looks great. I tried a bit of food there and it was fine. The negatives are that you are told you get 15% off at the bar if you're a guest, then they charge you 10% service charge!@? for just going to the bar. What!? How should I get charged for going to the bar. Very underhand

Fantastic stay at Yotel. Clean, modern and in a great location. We had a small issue with food, but this was resolved very quickly and efficiently. All the staff were fantastic and the overall experience was superb. Will stay here again and would recommend.

Excellent stay at YOTEL for a conference at Manchester Central. Checked in early at 11:30am - so great to be able to get straight into the room! Location was ideal for the conference centre and Deansgate station. Funky bar/restaurant on the ground floor also. Room very comfy and compact but had everything I needed. Nice having the Galley area on each floor with the coffee machine and water fountain. Some additional staff on hand at breakfast would be beneficial, especially on weekend days as there was a wait to check your name off the list, but this was just a small thing.

I really want to like the hotel. They have great breakfast and the rooms are small but functional. Two things that bothered me. 1. When showering the water would leak into the bathroom and if had taken a longer shower I'm sure it would've ended up in the room. 2. The rooms have an industrial feel to it. While it made is charming that you could see the pipes running all over the ceiling, it was a nightmare. You can hear every little noise. I barely slept every banging, clanking is multiplied. Everytime someone uses the sink or toilet you hear it. And when it would start it wouldn't stop 😠 Whoever designed it didn’t take that into account. I believe sleeping is crucial and I kept waking up. Don’t stay in room 210. Cheers.

A great stay. Pleasant staff, ladies were really helpful with a last minute booking and also the hotel is very impressive! If it wasn’t booked out would have definitely stayed longer!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
