I legitimately don't know what the other reviewers were mad about. It's great! First of all, reviews sayings there's no humans are lying. It's a fully staffed hotel, and their customer service is excellent. I arrived before the official check in time and was just given my room key without having to ask to check in early, nor was I charged for it. Food and drinks prices were reasonable, WAY better than the prices across the bay in South Beach. The drinks are STRONG, and if there's something you want, they'll try their best to make it. I had great results lol. And they're the only establishment I've ever been to that makes breakfast potatoes the right way: perfectly crispy on the outside and nice and soft/fluffy on the inside. Also, my room was great! I have back and neck issues, and I was able to sleep like a baby, pain-free. I really like how the lighting in the room is essentially mood lighting, and you can change the colors. I don't know about the smaller rooms, but I booked one of the larger rooms and the bathroom and room ARE separated by a door and walls. Frosted glass, but you can't see through it. The pool area is lovely, but it was too cold to swim when I visited so I can't comment much more than that. I also prepaid for my room and had zero issues with that.

Extremely noisy. The rooms have super thin walls. You hear the other rooms, next door, above, below and the corridor... The pool is filthy. The water literally stinks. Too bad because their rooftop looks fine. You do not want to pay to have this experience. Only good point is the location. So central you are close to everything by bus or train. The surroundings totally suck though.

Thoughtful room design that packs a lot of convenience into a small space. Location is excellent if you want to be downtown. I found the bed and pillows to be so uncomfortable that I didn’t sleep well and won’t be back because of that.

We stayed here one night for a concert at the end of September. But will not be staying here again. The reviews on here stating people were charged at check out multiple extra fees is absolutely accurate. We were charged $65 for a tote bag and two towels that were “removed” from our room. They never emailed us a receipt or invoice for this charge. They hoped people would miss the charge and not catch it. I had to reach out to customer service via email and phone. Good luck with that as well. We never took any towels or tote and they said it was notated by housekeeping. That room was so small, you would definitely see something like that in the room but it was not in ours. This is clearly a scam they are running to a lot of guest given the other reviews on here. After everything I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because Yotel would not refund it back. I should have done my more research before booking. I also let my travel agent know so she can tell her other colleagues and clients as well. It’s a shame because they do have a great location but it’s not worth the hassle of fighting fees after check out.

When I book this hotel. The no fee was mentioned or another fee. The price was $798 + $440. It was paid upfront and never were told about the additional fee. What if we did have the extra fee. I will stick with my Marriott or Hyatt

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
