Great location and spotless when it comes to cleanliness. Comfortable bed and well equipped. Clearly I can only comment on the apartment I stayed in. A few details could do with addressing. My Wife would have appreciated a mirror near a socket to blow dry her hair. The TV wasn’t in the best location to watch it. The light comes on between the bedroom and the bathroom automatically. Not ideal in the middle of the night. Finally if you don’t book directly you miss the opportunity to book parking which essential in Clifton.

This is a very good value for money flat in a prime Bristol location. The flats are big enough, very clean and well maintained and relatively well equipped. Missing would be drawers/space for personal effect, both in the room and the bathroom where there is nothing to that effect. The double bed is also quote small for a double bed. Hence the 4 stars instead of the 5. Everything else is good and highly functional. Check-in and out instructions are very clear. Not a place for a romantic weekend for 2, but an ideal place for a business related trip.

I stayed at the Your Apartments in Clifton Village Bristol on 09/12/24 When I walked in the room I noticed straight away there was a extremely strong smell of cigarettes, it was disgusting. I phoned the contract number straight away but the person who spoke to me said they couldn't move me to a new apartment and all she could do was offer for a cleaner to come and clean the room/give us some air freshener. I waited and no cleaner come at all so I had to stay in a room that stank of cigarettes and it made my time there very unpleasant as I am a non smoker and the smell repulsed me. I even went out and bought air freshener myself as the cleaner didn't turn up but no matter how much I sprayed the smell wouldn't go. I am very upset with this service as I do not expect to have to sit in a room which I paid for and have to smell cigarettes the whole time and also for the cleaner to not even bother to do the bare minimum and turn up. I have since contacted Your Apartments and asked for some kind of compensation, they took a long time to reply for them to only offer 15% off our next stay well i would never stay at these apartments again so I refused as I don't think that's acceptable and they have since ignored me completely. If you want to stay at these apartments I suggest you bring air freshener cause it stinks!

This was a last minute booking but one that ended in a great result. The location is amazing and everything about the apartment was good. You get easy to follow instructions to get in and out and quick replies to any questions. As we had to work while we were there the co-work space was an added bonus - it even had a coffee machine that ground beans. We will definitely be booking again soon.

Ideal location for staying in Clifton. Very near to our daughter. We've stayed there before and liked it. Room was great. Quite big for that area. Booking is simple and easy. Price was pretty good. The area is a bit noisy but nothing can me done about that. Overall a great place to stay and will use again. Thanks.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
