I will NEVER book a vacation property owned by Orlando Vacation again! We booked one of their vacation homes on VRBO in July 2023 for 2 weeks in March 2024, including paying for pool heat with the property maint company. Cancellation date of Feb. 16, 2024 to receive 100% refund. I canceled on Nov. 9/23 and had to call them to get the refund, after getting no reply to my email. Finally got the refund for the house but no pool heat refund as of Jan.11/24 after 7 phone calls and 5 emails to Trey, the manager. I was told they switched property maint companies and that’s the delay. I called Resort Home Network, the property maint company’s number on their website and I get Orlando Vacation when I call it. Sounds like a scam to me! At this time we’re out $455 USD ($650 CDN) for the pool heat cost. I provided Trey proof that pool heat was paid and I have received no reply at all. This has been a nightmare and I would advise everyone to avoid Orlando Vacation completely! And I won’t be surprised if I get no response from this review either as they don’t seem to want to honor their refund policy. Big disappointment! If I could provide less than 1 star rating I would!

Not the best experience I’ve had with them. The first experience was definitely a better one. The only way to contact them is thru email, there’s no way to call anyone there. The WiFi at the rental house went down after a couple of days and after reaching out to their contact that was listed on the contract, nothing was done to get it back up running, I followed up a couple of days later and was given no response. This may be the last time I rent through them.

Horrible customer service, how does this even exist? I have tried contacting via. Email since i was on hold for more than an hr and still didn't reach anyone. So through email, I was literally getting one sentence response, very professional and did not even provide details on booking. To make it worse, they just stopped emailing back. Very unprofessional, so wouldn't even go through with them on booking anything, can't imagine how that would turn out.

The home we stayed in was a recent acquisition and was clearly not ready for tenants. Insufficient beds, dirty kitchen items, broken patio furniture, bugs in bathrooms, and a malfunctioning door alarm we’re just some of the problems. The company was not good at addressing issues and when I wrote an email at the end of our stay, I never received a reply. I would never use this company again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
