You cannot get more central than the location of this place, we stayed on 4th floor and it was pretty quiet at night despite how central it is. It’s parallel two streets away from a busy shopping area, and it’s right next to a market. Very short walk to all the major scenic spots in Porto. The room is perfect for me and my girlfriend. I booked a two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. We each had our own bathroom which is a big plus for privacy and convenience. The room is equipped with a small kitchen which has all of the essentials. We didn’t use much of it because who would miss all the delicious food in Porto! The only downside is there is a flight of stairs to climb to get to the elevator. But the reception helped us to carry the suitcases. The room is very clean and comfortable, I would definitely book it again if coming back next time.

The hotel is perfect for traveling solo or as a couple, not to mention the location. My room had a full functioning kitchen—very handy since the hotel is across the street from Balhoa Market, where you can buy all kinds of fresh food (although I didn't cook). It was very quiet, clean. The personell was very pleasant. Pedro was very kind to provide information about the coolest spots in town when I checked in. And when it rained, they offered an umbrella, nice touch.

We stayed at YOUROPO for 4 nights and had a great experience. Rooms are beautifully decorated, staff are super pleasant and they made sure to assist us while we stayed with everything we asked for.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
