We stayed for two nights at The Arrivals and our experience has been great! The apartment is clean and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen that we used to prepare our dinners. The hotel is located in a narrow street buzzing with scooters all the times but from the room it was not possible to hear the traffic on the street which allowed us to have a great night sleep. The rooftop terrace is beautiful and it offers amazing views of Ho Chi Minh. The staff welcomed us with a smile and has been kind and welcoming the whole time. Great experience and a 100% recommendation for me!

Room was as shown online and very clean. Brand new facilities. I paid for breakfast initially then had to change my flight to early morning - the kind receptionist offered to cook dinner instead and delivered 2 spaghetti and drinks to the room at a time I requested. The spaghetti was also delicious! The rooftop was under renovations and window in my room doesn’t see outside only internally but no bother for me as only here for one night. Great spot for a quick stop over. In a quiet small lane way and about 90k VND to airport via grab.

Apparently this happened to others as well. I was switched to a different hotel because I used Expedia! I get an email the night before I land (but I was already on the plain when they sent me the email so I didn't find out until we landed). They said it was a pipe issue so they moved me to their sister hotel with an upgrade. It was already late and I had to take the offer. We went to the sister hotel and it was definitely a downgrade. My room was extremely small, so small I couldn't open my luggage. They moved me again to a larger room with 4 small twin beds. That room is not renovated and is really old. It turns out the sister hotel is a capsule hotel, meaning there are NO nice rooms. I called the first first hotel and they said the pipe would be fix next day so we can go back. They told us 2pm, so we showed up at 2 and we still had to wait an hour. The AC was leaking on top of the bed overnight. Needless to say, they refused to do anything to compensate us despite our complaint and them acknowledging how much of an inconvenience for us it was. We kept moving back and forth and wasted so much time on our vacation. The 2 location are 25 mins apart. Both Arrivals location was not great either. Book at your own risk.

One of the best place to stay for both short and long term. I have been here several times and it never upset me so far. The utilities and service are great. Also, the host/ owner and the employees are very friendly and helpful during my stays. Very recommended, friends!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
