This is a hostel located at prime location! You’ll be close to everything in Zurich, perfect for tourism. I loved the rooms, the hangout areas, breakfast - all impressive! However, one thing that concerned us were, surprise parking fee which was not mentioned before. Overall it’s pricey but maybe worth it!

This place is wonderful! You can get tickets for public transportation at the reception and the place is all in all really nice and surprisingly quiet for a youth hostel. But I have to do a special shout-out for the cook, Martin. He's incredibly sweet and his food is fantastic! For the price they charge, this is more than worth it. He deserves all the compliments and praise. 👏

I was unable to travel since I could not get my VISA on time. Result: I was offered 0 refund as I informed them 2 days in advance instead of 3 days. Mind you! Even for this refund option, they charge extra money. I emailed them and eventually called them (paid international charges). Result: The person responded in a very rude manner. My booking was for 5 days, totalling 723 CHF. They did not even return me the optional charges for food (which was about 19 CHF + tax daily). I could have just booked the food later. But that was also never refunded. About their 0 cost insurance: Result: I was asked to contact the insurance company directly. The hostel seems to have no business with the insurance company except to collect money on their behalf. Also, the insurance company didn't cover anything Their insurance does not cover anything other than medical emergency. This happened around 15 Sept 2023.

Clean and quiet youth hostel. The rooms were ok and the common areas were regularly cleaned. I wish they had curtains for the beds to add a bit of privacy specifically in the mixed rooms. The location wasn’t central but it had good connections with bus, tram, and metro. When I was there there were do many school groups there and it wasn’t easy to meet other travellers. I would be good to add some activities simple activities to help travellers meet there. Breakfast was amazing!

They serve a big breakfast. The room is clean. The dorm is with windows so it is possible to see the scenery. They also have a terrace. In the common room it is comfortable. Some people work there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
