        We had a really great 3 night stay here. If you don't mind sleeping on very comfortable futons which the staff sets up and takes down each night/day, and don't need upright chairs, then there is very little you will miss in comparison to full-service 4-5 star western hotel. There was someone at the desk almost all the time. There was no ironing board in the room, but they quickly brought one on request. Breakfast service is a major highlight. They keep track of which night of the stay each guest is on and prepare a different Japanese style breakfast each morning. As someone who loves this style of food, I can say that the quality is outstanding. I could see the breakfast service alone easily earning a Michelin star. We didn't try the dinner, but I assume it is also great. Amazing value for the money. Actually, I think they could easily charge more.

        We stayed here for just one night, but it was the best experience of our trip in my opinion. The staff are extremely kind and really made the experience even better. Sleeping on the floor futon beds was a super cool experience and they were super comfortable. We slept like a baby after dinner. Speaking of dinner, the food was honestly outstanding. Fine dining level quality and the staff provided insightful information on each dish of the multi course kaiseki meal. I didn’t feel it was too much food either, each dish had the perfect portion size. Opt in for the dinner for sure! Breakfast was equally incredible. Overall a wonderful experience, only downside was we couldn’t stay longer!

        We opted to dine at the hotel restaurant without staying overnight. Although I'm generally not picky about food and welcome new experiences, our meal was disappointingly underwhelming. The service and presentation impressed us, but the food itself, including milt, overcooked barracuda, and oddly prepared sashimi, was unappealing and left us dissatisfied. My wife was especially turned off by the fish dishes. Despite being accustomed to and enjoying fine dining, this experience felt more like a misguided attempt at novelty or a tourist trap. Michelin needs to secretly revisit this place.

        Superb experience at this ryokan recommended by a friend. The food was really amazing, from the service to the quality (but be ready for a LOT of food). The rooms were comfortable and the bedding felt luxurious. And I love the yuzu theme. I’d definitely recommend it to friends.

        I stayed at 3 hotels during my stay in Tokyo and Kyoto and my stay at Yuzuya was the highlight of my trip. I had a room with personal bath and the spacious room was perfect to relax and work in my room. The highly professional staff, breakfast, wooden bath and gardens were fabulous!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
