Our recent stay at the YWCA Hotel in Vancouver left us thoroughly impressed, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness by the staff, setting the tone for a truly enjoyable stay. One of the standout features of the YWCA Hotel is the exceptional level of service. The staff members were not only professional but also genuinely caring and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The central location of the YWCA Hotel in downtown Vancouver is a major plus. Situated in the heart of the city, it provided easy access to popular attractions like Chinatown, shopping districts like Pacific Centre, and several dining options on Robson street. The availability of a kitchen further added to the overall appeal of the YWCA Hotel. It's a rare find in downtown Vancouver, and we appreciated the option to prepare our own meals when we desired. This not only added a sense of flexibility to my stay but also contributed to cost savings. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The attention to detail was evident, making our stay even more enjoyable. The inclusive and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with the generous amenities, truly sets the YWCA Hotel apart from other accommodations in the area.

Excellent! I wasn’t too sure what to expect. I was a bit worried it was a run down hostel/hotel but I gave it a try and I’m so glad I did. Everyone working there was so nice and friendly. The room was spacious, renovated, comfortable and super clean. They have a wide variety of room options which would be great if you were coming with a team or a larger group. And the location was perfect! Directly across from BC place. Perfect for any events or easy sky train access. And a quick walk to shopping downtown. I highly recommend staying here and will stay again for sure!

It's a great location and value but the access to lobby by car is in the alley or in the parade. Having no way for cars to stop out front makes it a bit tricky at times when the alley is busy and if there is any event the amount of pedestrians makes it quite the challenge to get in and out via car and if getting a taxi its quite the wait and u spend a chunk of time waiting for a break in the people or a car to let you in and its turtle pace. But if u got time and patience then it's a great fit

I was in Vancouver for four nights and the YWCA was the perfect location. I walked to Granville Island, to and around Stanley Park, to Gastown, everything was in close proximity. The room was small but functional and very clean. A small fridge and microwave were also provided in the room and the shower water was always nice and hot ! The bed was even comfortable. They also had loaner umbrellas for the day it rained. All staff and housekeeping I encountered were super friendly and helpful. There were no problems with noise. I truly enjoyed my stay. PS. I had a room with a private bathroom.

Price may be reasonable for one nights stay, but the fact that the rooms are extremely small and washrooms are shared with other units was a bit of a let down for me. Usually hotels units has its own privacy but not so much at this hotel. Because of the shared washrooms, you can’t even take a shower after 11pm…not to my liking.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
