The design of the room is minimalist, simple, and cool! I really liked it. The single room is not spacious, but the space is enough to pray and do some morning work on it, a very well placement design on the room. There's a smart TV which is very easy to connect. The service is a self-service check-in and check-out (24/7) with an in-depth and detailed instruction, you won't get lost with it. There's some marts available near the hotel, around 3 to 10 minutes walk and also a really tasty restaurant/kedai just around 3 to 5 minutes walk. Close to Subang Airport which is very convenient if you have a morning flight there.

Stayed here for 1 week. Very clean rooms. Friendly staff. They are responsive to my queries. A few minutes walk from Ara Damansara and Citta Mall. If I get a chance, I will stay here again. Highly recommended.

The Service quiet interesting, we must self-check in and self-check out, with or without booking first, and everything is self service. But if you want something or need help, you can call or ask the reseptionis, Lee. Lee is very polite and ready help you anytime, just ask her mobile phone number because sometime she not stay at the receptionis desk, but she always ready for help anytime. It's very recommended Hotel and the price is good too. Trust me..

The room is OK. Room with queen size bed is small, very limited space to put your luggage. Cold and hot water can be obtained from the common bar area outside the room. The shower only has a partial door. After shower, the bathroom floor area outside the shower is all splash with water, poorly designed. The checkin time is 3pm. If you check in early say 1pm, you will be charged RM20. Room cleaning service and any assistance in the checkin process will be charged as well.

Room so small not even enough floor area to place baggage, let alone to perform prayer. The bathroom is FULLY CLEAR GLASS you can see everything not even a blind there so not recommended. The management refused to return my deposit over a small issue.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
