Pros €30pn on the weekend in Winter, and actually nice! A double room is 2 king single beds (extra wide anyway) beside one another. Comfortable beds Room is larger than average Bathroom is huge and very new. Bidet Shower over full height bath tub, with frameless glass Bedside light controls and built in reading lights Wall-mounted njghtstand with 2 shelves Well-positioned TV Comfortable desk Mini fridge Excellent location for price - whilst not in the tourist "old town" area, its very close to train, tram AND bus. (bus is 1.50, cash to conductor. Tram is 1.50, cash into machine at station (card failed). Train right next to tram, near hotel. 2 stops to intercity Preciados train station Cons Decor / colour scheme dated, however everything is as new. Yellow walls, green curtains and bed spreads, dark fake wood laminate, glass bedsides, textured glass vanity Noise - not significant Plumbing sounds are fairly loud - water supply and drainage for our room and neighbours beside and above Soundproofing isn't too bad. Average. Between rooms. Corridor can be a little noisy. Windows - all rooms are on level 1 (or level 2 for Americans). However we had a room facing the internal courtyard. And the courtyard is built up. So our floor was actually a bit lower than the outdoor area. So there would be no privacy with the window open - however "rouladen" shutters were installed, for very good security and perfect blackout. This is very generous for a cheap room like this. Both the room and bathroom have fully opening windows. Bathroom basin/top slopes significantly, so things roll off No mirror in room (but large one in bathroom, directly in line with bathroom door. Pillows - 2 per bed. Only a tiny European style, and then a very wide but very narrow pillow. No standard pillows. I found this comfortable, but not everyone would.

Very handy for Goya railway station and tram line. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff on reception were very pleasant.
