The picture are completely different than the reality The hotel didn't mention that the reception is on the first floor and you have to use a tiny staircase to reach it , ( no lift at the ground flour) . The room was very very small , as we requested a double bed , we got the tiniest room( single room) fitted by a double bed , no space for the luggage and no space to move , it was warm and noisy. Also they didn't mention that the SPA/sauna/steam room/hammam are not included, you have to pay 10$ per person per use . The breakfast wasn't fresh (most of it was the leftover from the previous days ) The cleaning was every 2nd day , we didn't request any cleaning until the 4th day ( the 4th day we took out don't disturb sign) , and the cleaning was done but the surprise was : nothing has been done in the room linens/ bed sheets haven't been changed/ bins full / no toilet roll / the floor was dusted they didn't touch anything, they took the dirty towels and they put the fresh one that's all . The one in the reception was very rude , Except YUNUS was helpful Definitely it is not a four Stars

Vary nice hotel! At first i tought this was a bad hotel but after 1 night i changed my mind, the rooms are small but nice! The price is vary ok, the pool looks amazing! Only they could repair the pool lights because they dont work and at night time the pool is dark. But the temperature of the water is warm. Good breakfast. The service is vary friendly! I reccomend

At a great location, staff are very polite and helpful and the hotel has a swimming pool on top. Thou the picture of a swimming pool set on cover of the listing doesn’t match in reality. The breakfast was fair. The rooms are a bit small but again that what a 4 stars hotel would get you in Istanbul. It was worth the rate thou.

As a location it was great, you get to enjoy all the touristic and historical places, the tram is right next to you! Food is amazing in the area, there's pretty nice chilled huqqa cafes and places where you can enjoy the dessert. About the hotel, it was alright, expensive for the value! The staff were not that friendly so personally i didn't like it. A bit lacking communication and language! İ would recommend it if you were traveling on budget

Not bad hotel but some points not to 4* level. Very good service, place and breakfast with a lot of local specialitets. Noice insolation at rooms needs improvement.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
