Very good hostel experience! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hostel is small and cozy, you feel like you‘re at someone’s home. Very central location, unfortunately next to a quite noisy street. There is also just one restroom and one shower for women, however since the hostel is small anyway, I never had problems with that. I would definitely recommend this for anyone trying to meet new people and also having an authentic travel experience in Zagreb :)

The best place to rest for a weary traveler! After 60 days of cycling around the Mediterranean and coming home I ran into bad weather and arriving in Zagreb I found this hostel where I found warmth, peace, courtesy and of course a hot shower🛀! Thanks for the good atmosphere and the rest I needed 🙏!

The location is excellent, the hostel is not noisy and very clean. The interior is beautiful, especially the cosy lounge. The kitchen has everything you need except coffee, but maybe we were just unlucky. The host is nice. The room itself was quite basic but we had a great night's sleep so I'm happy with it.

Just average hostel only one thing is positive in this hostel that was location. Otherwise, nothing special in this hostel worst Wi-Fi is not working in everywhere. Also they don’t have good Wi-Fi coverage in kitchen I stay room number three. It’s on roadside very noisy. You can’t sleep all night and so much mosquitoes in the room. Bathroom are very smelly. Kitchen is small, but good maybe I don’t prefer again stay in this hostel

The receptionist was so kind and sweet, she helped me with whatever I needed. The hostel was quite and clean but only one shower. I didn’t had to wait but I woke up early to tale a shower

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
