My experience was the worst possible, dirty room, air conditioning not working properly, too hard bed and terrible pillows. This is not a 4 star hotel ever. Elevator not working, and there was no air conditioning at the restaurant. They didn’t clean the room for three days. I had even to ask for toilet paper. The location is far way from the sites. And taxis charged three times more to take you to the Hotel. Had a very bad stay in this hotel. If you are looking for a confortable and clean hotel this is not the best option.

Went hoping the trip advisor reviews were not true… sadly at times they were. Not what I would consider 4 star all inclusive. Incredibly busy with local Moroccans on family holidays. Loud. Meal times were feral at best. School canteen vibes…although food was ok. Rooms all had balconies and when we asked to change it was sorted. Don’t pay extra for pool view - busy and noisy. Pool was nice and easy to get sun beds. Friendly staff. Easy to get to sites of interest and into main old city centre.

Worst bits Bad experience couldn't wait to get home. No kettle in room, no iron just pay for a iron service. No lift to breakfast area for a wheelchair. Balcony has no locks Room service half done still mess on floor cockroachs 🪳 in the toilet rims jumping out omg killed about 7 absolutely disgusting. Air-conditioning half working in 40° cheap soaps shampoo. Rude Staff reception phone ringing staff standing right there doing nothing and still not answering the phone.. Big thanks to breakfast manger also the security guards. For that extra help. A message to the hotel owner/manager Focus on Quality than Quantity. The amount of people your taking in It's a shame the quality service is not there. You also need to update your website and add new photos of what it actually looks like.

We visited for my partner’s birthday and they decorated the bed with rose petals. Our room was very spacious with a queen bed and two other small beds. Room and the bathroom was very clean. We had a nice view of Atlas Mountains from our balcony. We visited during Ramadan and the hotel wasn’t that busy. There was a supermarket (Carrefour) with in walking distance of the hotel which was very convenient. There was a good selection of food for the breakfast buffet. The hotel had two swimming pool and the only downside was we had to walk to the bar near the entrance to get drinks as the bar near the pool was closed. The staff were friendly. Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay.

Too far from centrum. I came with family for inside pool. Pool was closed cause maintenance. Outdoor pool really cold. Per night price 75 euro

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
