        I cannot think of a better location and for this price, I think I found the best value. The rooms are very clean, the washroom is super; clean which stands as the most important factor for when deciding on where you wanna stay. The breakfast is included and it's just the right menu. Boiled eggs 🥚, omelette, various types of 🧀 cheese, mashed potatoes, sausage 🌭, pepperoni, porridge, fresh tomatoes 🍅 and cucumbers 🥒, milk cream, bread loaf 🍞 and tea coffee. It could be presented better. The carpet is worn out and there is some traffic noise (that you gotta bear if you want to near the Caspian Sea)

        One of the worst hotel in Baku Town. I had the booking confirmed and even I confirmed to them one day before via WhatsApp. Yet they failed to offer me the room at 11.00PM on the night yet I had no where to go. Manager Faud mentioned that it's a technical issue and I don't know how they could simply over book. I stayed for a while and found out they did the same for few more people. This hotel is part of the Baku Panorama Hotel and I would not recommend to anyone. It has completely ruined my vacation.

        Very reasonable prices and good location. The rooms are good but the soundproof needs a little improvement.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
