        Had two rooms a bit small one was nicer than the other. Service was excellent. Door man was awsome he was actually the best part of our stay. Very friendly and loved to talk. Showed us fun things to do while we where there. Rented a bike from hotel was easy and affordable. Location was good quiet compared to Pattaya beach

        Terrible experience and spoiled our vacation mood. We booked two night stay and paid for the sea view room upgrade at reception. The first night was great. The problem start at the second night stay. We went out and came back room with the wet floor all over the room and toilet( as shown in picture) We informed the reception and they promised to help us clean the floor as we are heading out again. Around one hour then we go back to the room and the floor is still wet and never clean. We called again and they finally came. But with the condition of the room, it really uncomfortable to stay and not clean. They claimed it’s due to the condensation of the air condition. But we are out the whole day, never open the window, never turn on the air condition. Then we request to change a new room. Yes they did. But the new room we changed, it’s not clean at all. Like someone check in for a few hours, did not mess the room and they vacant the room again without proper housekeeping. The new room’s toilet was wet, trash in the bin, linen are not tidy. We requested to change room again. Seems like everything are fine after changing the room. Next problem occurs, the bathroom have no hot water….So we called again, they send engineer to fix the hot water for around 30 mins (as shown in picture) Me with my wet hair after swim waited to solve all the problems around 2 hours. The experience was ridiculous, we asked for the refund and luckily they do refund us for the second night stay. The good thing about here is the breakfast and location are fine. The bell boy are helpful and friendly.

        Hotel is a strong 3.5, maybe a 4. Staff is definitely a 5. Our room was pretty small and had a view of another hotel very close by. Our room and bathroom were pretty clean but not clean. No slippers and no microwave in room were disappointing To say the least, trying to reheat food. You have to call restaurant in hotel to receive ice and pay for it. There is also no way to get it into your small refrigerator freezer to keep it so it just melts. Restaurant by lobby and pool is good. breakfast hectic in the morning as it is a small area and many people are there. Food that was supposed to be hot never was, and food that was supposed to be cold was always warm. They pre fry many eggs and set out, so they are always cool or warm at best. We stayed on floor eight so it was very quiet. Very limited parking. You literally walk out of hotel across the street and you are on the beach next to the sea. Hot and warm water and shower were never consistent. Overall had a good experience.

        This place is so dirty and has a lot of dust/spider web, there’s a lot of gross black stuff at every corner. Hot water also doesn’t work. I got check in late for 2hours bcs the staff said the room is not ready on our check in time. Definitely not recommended.
