Stayed in Sky room with bath for 2 days. A warm welcome from Rohit at reception, with our room ready on arrival was a bonus. Large clean room, modern design, great amenities with a balcony and a large comfortable bed made our stay delightful. Excellent location and friendly staff, and a decent price compared to others. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed a total of 6 nights at the apartment both at its penthouse and 3BR. Room: Love it that they offer general cleaning and provision of new towels every day. Kitchen: Utensils and kitchen equipment are well stocked. It even provide rice cooker and chopsticks which is great for Asian Bathroom: Penthouse has a jacuzzi which is a luxury. Only comment of the Penthouse bathroom is tiling is a little on the dark side which make visibility a little tough. Will be great if the penthouse bathroom has a shelve to place shampoo and soap. This is available in 3BR but not the PH. Service: Staff was friendly and helpful. We had some problem with our car booking and staff was helpful to assist us. Kids love it that the front counter provide sweets and lollipop each day which is a nice touch. Will definitely return again the next trip.

Location is excellent, however rooms are very impractical. I stayed 7 nights in a sky room with bath, there is no wardrobe and not enough storing space. All your clothes are all over the place because there is literally 1 space to hang 4 items... on the positive side beds are extra extra soft and feels like you sleep in the clouds. My room had a balcony and access to fresh air at all times. AC is quite OK but I didn't use it as prefer fresh air. I would stay there again but max for 3 nights , if you stay longer this is probably not the best place as it is not practical. FYI Sheraton with access to welness , pool , spa and breakfast is the same price as ZARA sky room with no pool , no hotel feeling and no breakfast... I think the price is exaggerated for what they offer.

The hotel provided exceptional service and excellent support throughout our stay. The room was furnished with everything we needed, making our stay enjoyable and hassle-free. Its convenient location near the city center, Chinatown, shopping areas, and the bus station was a definite plus. It was the perfect apartment for my family to fully enjoy our New Year holiday.

Awesome stay as a couple in one of the apartment rooms. Service was great! They were super kind and helpful at reception at all times (e.g. finding an umbrella for us when all were taken in the hotel) and the room was great. So much space. Great cleaning service as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
