We really enjoyed our stay at the Zen Hoian Villa, in a lovely location, just outside of the old town making it well-priced, with the town centre easily accessible on foot. All the staff were very welcoming and happy to help with any queries we had. There are bikes available to use free of charge which are useful when getting into Hoi An and getting around quickly. The pool was perfect for relaxing around and we would return on a visit to Hoi An.

I recently stayed at this awesome hotel and had to tell you all about it! The room was super clean and you could tell it was really thought through. It had everything we needed and more. Plus, the atmosphere was so relaxed - it was the perfect escape from all the hustle and bustle of the city. And the best part? It's located on a quiet street so we didn't have to deal with any noise. The staff were amazing too - they were all so nice and chill. We got there a bit too early and wanted to drop off our luggage before the room was ready. But instead of turning us away, they actually apologized for not having the room ready yet (even though we didn't expect it to be) and even offered us an upgrade! Can you believe it? We felt so welcomed and taken care of. All in all, if you're looking for a chill, relaxing hotel with great service and a clean, well-equipped room, this is the place for you. I highly recommend it!

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Hoi An. The rooms are nice with lots of space and large balconies. The location wasn't great, it's about 20-25 mins walk into central Hoi An and there isn't a whole lot to do or see nearby. You can borrow bikes to help mitigate this but be careful as they are quite old and the chain kept slipping on mine. There was also a lot of construction work around the hotel when we were staying which didn't make for the nicest ambience. The staff were okay but didn't speak much English and probably weren't as friendly or pleasant compared to other places we've stayed in Vietnam.

Zen Hoian Villa is a wonderful family run hotel just outside of the hustle and bustle of the Old Town. The rooms are clean and spacious, bikes are available to get into town, and the hotel offers laundry service. The pool is a great refreshing dip on a hot day. Tran and her family are welcoming and make you feel like you are at home. Great place for a family to stay!

Friendly and helpful staff, comfy beds, clean rooms, pretty good location and free bikes to borrow! They also arrange rides to Da Nang and other places and was more affordable than Grab or Taxis. Really recommend this place :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
