        The place is conviniently located with a super market and eateries at a walking distance. Parking is paid and not always available near to the place. There is a kitchenette, cook ware and utensils if one is interested in making a light meal. A step at the door on the ground floor or floor one which is not convinient for a wheel chair otherwise clean neat and queit.

        Great hotel in a local Area, the room is clean and quit. Rooms are very larges compare to usual in Japan. There is a very very nice Ramen shop close to the hotel "Yokozuna Ramen". The best in Japan ^^ Check in is made from the guest center that is close to Kyoto station, can also use the free shuttle bus to the hotel.

        Big apartments, compared to hotel rooms in Japan. New, clean, cozy. Washing machine, small kitchen. 20 minutes by walk or 10 minutes by bus from Kyoto central Station. 15 minutes by bus to Gion.

        Review is based on Room #301 Clean Spacious Kitchen facilities Three beds Shower and bath Washing machine All self catered so no cleaner Beds are comfy, kitchen is small, no tea towel so had to use one of the small bathroom towels, basic cutlery, pots and pans provided About a 20 minute walk to Kyoto Station, bus stops only a few minutes walk with various regular services

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
