Great value for money. Everything about the hotel is excellent. I gave 4 in the location although the hotel enjoys some stunning views because its "private beach" is just a rocky cove. Not easily accessible. Otherwise the infinity pool and the Jacuzzi in our rooms were just perfect. The food is great. The staff ever smiling and helpful . The vibe - relaxing . And the mango sticky rice was the best that i had in Thailand

Zenmaya offers an amazing view with the rooms. We stayed for 2 nights. Rooms were clean, staff was super friendly and helpful, restaurant had decent food, pool was magical. Would recommend for couples.

Magical pool made the stay even more wonderful. beach facing, though little slippery but enjoyable. very nice staff quick service, only issue was vegetarian food, may need to improve on that. highly recommended

Honestly is quite disappointing having this manage by Wyndham. Facilities are old. Breakfast are limited. Toilet seat and water constantly clogged. I'm still here for 1 more night. Maintenance staff told me not to waste my toilet paper in the bowl and flush. Instead leave it at the bin after wiping! Shock of my life. For a second I few like I'm I'm a way under develop country. Best stick to other proper international chain hotel to be safe. You don't want to spoil your holiday

Nice views. Rooms quite spacious and well equipped, including a large jacuzzi in our room. However, the crazy loud boom boom boom music from the bar is really intolerable. I have zero tolerance for hotels that impose their choice of loud music right into my room, even at the far end of the hotel. And until 10:30pm at night. It is ridiculous.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
