Great rooms, very tidy and neat. Handy location, not too far to walk to St Louis BTS. Very friendly staff. Great coffee across the road at OGuiss.

Zensation is a wallet-friendly haven with attentive staff as wellcas pristine, well-equipped rooms. The inclusion of a washing machine, television, and semi-functional kitchen (each room has a microwave and a big fridge) adds tremendous value. However, its location, which is a bit distant from Bangkok's main tourist attractions and public transport, may require ride-hailing apps (we used two, Grab and Bolt). Overall, this is ideal for budget-conscious travelers seeking comfort.

You get what you pay for. Rooms are very small and basic and not at all as shown in the picture. Dead cockroaches in shower. Drunk party people and sketchy looking people walking in the hallways. I didn’t feel safe as women traveling alone. Was glad it was only one night. For what they provide, they ask for a 2000 baht security deposit or they will insist on holding your passport. Extra charges for everything. I misplaced one of two keys and they wanted to charge for that also. A simple piece of plastic that other hotels, dispose of easily with no charge, but this dump wants to charge you. Nothing but construction around the location. Go to a better location and better hotel. If I had booked multiple nights here for my vacation, I would be very upset.

Here for 14 days. The accommodation is very good, larger than a normal hotel room, with everything you need to enjoy your stay. A short walk to Chan Alley, which is a Foodies Heaven. Very close to the centre of Bangkok, with everything a major city has. Facilities in the hotel are very well maintained, and all areas are clean. The water pressure in the shower and kitchen are very good. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. High security in all living areas, which makes you feel safe. It's a pleasure to stay here.

Not bad, but not good. The room was nice and so was the staff, but the bathroom was the biggest issue I think. When you showered the whole bathroom would get overflown with water. This was very annoying when you got out of the shower or when someone else wants to use the toilet as there was only one toilet. On top of that it was also a 20 min walk to the BTS sky train, which after a long day can be very tiring. It felt like there was no end to it as I was walking back to the hotel. 6/10

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
