Eclectic hotel concept. No problem with the room but mattresses aren't great. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Common areas are fun and the restaurant is excellent. More suited for a younger traveler

Super cool experience at this place. Definitely a really well put together concept and incredible value. If you want to spend a lot of time in your room, this maybe isn’t the place for you, but we had a great time as a place to sleep after exploring the city each day. Noise proofing isn’t perfect, but better than a lot of regular hotels I’ve staid in. Our box was super cozy and really the only thing that might have been nice would be a mini fridge and a few more hooks on the walls. Would definitely come back.

Amazing hotel, very different from a traditional hotel. Very nice people at the front desk, they welcome you with a beer. Rooms are comfortable, no tv, no phone, just the bed. Bathroom is very spacious and clean. The roof top there are place to chill out and two little pools.

Large bedroom and bathroom nice shared spaces roof top area to relax great lounge and bar area very funky and stylish with nice background music overall a very unique place to stay I would have no hesitation in recommending or staying at this accommodation in the future. The front of house staff are amazing I would like to give a special thanks to Louisa and Irene who went above and beyond to help in every way they could a type of service you rarely find these days truly an asset to there empoyer

In 45 years of travel, this is the worst facility I have ever dealt with. If you ever want to experience what it’s like to live in a refrigerator box on the street this is the perfect opportunity. They have no heating and when I requested help with it, they told me open a vent on the roof of the box. No windows no heat no air-conditioning terrible. The bed is just thrown on the floor and it’s 13 inches off the floor. No place to put any of your clothes in the room other than one shelf. The total room height is 6 1/2 foot high. I am 6 foot two and I’m constantly fearful of banging my head. The walls are so thin that every time someone walks by it wakes you up! I would never recommend any body to rent this place!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
