Ignore the bad reviews! The owner runs this place single-handedly and does a thorough job of cleaning every day. The dorm was spacious and the lockers were big. Comfy bed too. We had breakfast included which was tasty croissants from the cafe next door. Email in advance if you are arriving at night so he is aware and can let you in. Very central location, walking distance to anywhere in Rome and buses are regular if you have a ticket beforehand. Definitely recommend for budget traveling.

This place is extremely comfortable for those traveling as a backpacker and only need a few days. The place is very quiet and well heated in winter, I slept like I was at home, in fact better than at home. always clean. The reception, especially Fausto, is very kind. I recommend the place as a very respectable and pleasant place to live. Come visit without fear.

When I arrived nobody was answering the door and when I call they told me that someone will come anytime soon. I was so tired and I was carrying all my staff and waiting in the street wasn’t what I hoped for. I want to point out that I had informed about my ETA. After 10 minutes someone finally came and opened the door. So as you can see my first impression wasn’t the best for this place. Also the toilet wasn’t very clean and when I used the shower it wasn’t very pleasant because one second there was hot water and the next it was freezing cold. I didn’t like that there wasn’t someone on the “front desk” most of the time. And when the man was there he was acting strange. Every time I entered the room and saw him sitting in the desk,he opened the drawer of the desk so he could cover his private parts.Probably because he was watching porn…. So I wouldn’t recommend going to Zidan guest house as a woman alone!! On the other hand the rooms were clean and there were 3 bathrooms to use. Also towels were free to use. In conclusion it was a cheap choice but I wouldn’t go there again.

Yes, this place got some bad reviews. I do want to say I was pretty nervous. All the bedding and bathroom was very clean. And the host at the desk was actually really nice contrary to what others said. The price of staying in Rome is soul crushing. This place was better for the price. I think the lockers only allowed small locks as a heads up, so no large locks

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
